Welcome to the South Dakota Immunization Information System (SDIIS)
This web application allows enrolled users to conveniently search for patients in the SDIIS Central Registry and to view the patients' vaccination record. In addition, authorized users can add and edit patient records and vaccination records, as well as maintain facility, physician, and lot number data.
 
 

SDIIS New Users: If your organization/facility is enrolled in SDIIS, click on and follow the New User Instructions to obtain your individual user access account. New User Training is managed in the TRAIN South Dakota website.

If your organization/facility is not enrolled in SDIIS, please contact the Help Desk using the phone number, email link, or chat options at the bottom left of this page.

  • ATTENTION SDIIS USERS

  • We will conduct quarterly inactivation of user accounts that have not been accessed in the past 90 days. If your account is inactivated, you will need to contact the SDIIS Help Desk to reactivate your account. Please DO NOT contact the BIT Help Desk. You can prevent the inactivation of your user account by accessing SDIIS at least once every 90 days.

  • SDIIS may be unavailable due to routine system maintenance on Mondays beginning at 6:30 PM CT (5:30 PM MT). This maintenance window is typically very brief but may last up to three hours. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Do you have a new cell phone? Are you now having trouble logging into SDIIS?

To All Non-State SDIIS Users:

If you login using the Microsoft Authenticator app on your cell phone for multi-factor authentication, you must re-establish your authentication method with your new phone.

Please contact the SD-BIT Help Desk at 605.773.HELP (4357)

They will reset your authentication method. You will re-establish the app as your authentication method the next time you login to SDIIS. Please DO NOT contact the SDIIS Help Desk or the Immunization Program for this issue.
